Your Data. Your Control. Our Responsibility.

Delynt AI is an AI application that connects to your mailbox, integrates with your CRM, detects spam, drafts and sends replies, and provides business intelligence through analytics dashboards.

Connecting these systems is a significant decision. You need to know exactly what access we have, what we can and cannot see, and how you maintain control. Here is the complete, transparent picture.

01 /Core security principles

Core Security Principles

  • Separation is Enforced, Not Promised

Every operation in the Delynt AI system is scoped to your account before it can read or act on a single piece of data. That scope is derived from your verified session — never from anything a browser or an API caller can set.

What this means: Your data cannot be reached from another customer's session because there is no code path that asks for data without first verifying whose data it is. This is enforcement in code, not just a promise in a policy.

  • Access is Granted, Not Assumed

You control what Delynt AI can see and do. Every integration uses OAuth or equivalent secure authorization through the provider's own consent screen. You grant access to specific systems and scopes, and you can revoke that access at any time without contacting us.

  • Encryption Everywhere

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Your data is never pooled into a shared corpus across accounts for any purpose.

  • No Training on Your Data

Your business data is used exclusively to serve your workspace. It is never used to train models for other customers. If that ever changes for any capability, it will be opt-in and stated plainly — not buried in terms.

02 /Scope of access

Scope of Access

What Delynt AI Can Access

To deliver our full suite of capabilities, Delynt AI requires access to specific systems. Here is what we access and why:

SystemAccess TypePurpose
MailboxRead + Send (with approval)Read emails for spam detection, RFQ detection, and triage. Draft and send replies on your behalf with your explicit approval.
CRMRead + Write (with approval)Read existing contacts, deals, and accounts. Write updates to keep your CRM synchronized with email interactions.
AnalyticsRead onlyAccess web analytics and business intelligence data to power dashboards and insights.

What Delynt AI Cannot See or Do

RestrictionDetail
Systems You Don't GrantOnly the specific systems and scopes you authorize are accessible.
Your PasswordAll access is through OAuth. Delynt AI never receives or stores your credentials.
Other Google ServicesNo Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or Analytics beyond what is explicitly granted.
Attachment ContentsAttachments are not opened or parsed unless you explicitly enable this capability.
Write Without ApprovalDelynt AI does not send emails, update CRMs, or modify data without your explicit approval.

03 /Data handling by capability

Data Handling by Capability

Email & Communication

  • Read access to specified mailboxes for spam detection and triage
  • Draft capabilities that require your approval before any message is sent
  • Send capabilities that require your explicit approval workflow
  • No automatic sending without explicit configuration

CRM Integration

  • Read contact records, deal stages, and activity history
  • Write updates to keep your CRM synchronized with email interactions
  • Create new opportunities, contacts, and deals as identified
  • No modification of data without explicit configuration

Spam & Fraud Detection

  • Analyze email content for spam signals and fraud indicators
  • Score messages for trust and spam separately
  • Provide written reasoning for every classification
  • No deletion of messages — low scores deprioritize, they do not remove

Business Intelligence & Dashboards

  • Access web analytics data to understand campaign performance
  • Aggregate data from connected systems for dashboard visualization
  • Generate insights and recommendations
  • Your data remains in your systems; we only access it on demand

04 /Verification & compliance

Verification & Compliance

OAuth App Verification Status

For Google Workspace and other providers that require verification, Delynt AI's applications are in the review process as a prerequisite for general availability.

What this means for pilot customers

  • Connections may need to be re-authorized periodically during verification
  • You grant access again on the same provider consent screen
  • Service resumes immediately after re-authorization
  • This is a temporary administrative step, not a data risk or change in access scope

Third-Party Security Reviews

We welcome and encourage security reviews by your team before any pilot. Send us the questions you would send any vendor, and you will receive straight answers from the person who wrote the code.

05 /Questions every customer should ask

Questions Every Customer Should Ask

These four questions separate vendors who have thought deeply about security from those who have written a reassuring paragraph. We encourage you to ask them of Delynt AI and any provider.

  1. 01

Where does the data physically go, and is it pooled?

Delynt AI's answer:Data is processed on infrastructure scoped to your account and never pooled with other customers' data. Every function that touches data takes the account ID as a required first argument, and that ID comes only from a verified session. There is no code path that asks for data without first verifying whose data it is.

  2. 02

    Does anything train on it?

Delynt AI's answer:No. Your data is used to serve your workspace and nothing else. If that ever changes for any capability, it will be opt-in and stated plainly, not buried in terms.

  3. 03

How do I revoke access without emailing support?

Delynt AI's answer:Revoke it yourself from the provider's third-party access settings (e.g., Google Account settings) at any time, without telling us first. Access stops immediately.

  4. 04

    What is the write scope?

Delynt AI's answer:Delynt AI can read and write to specified systems only with your explicit approval. All actions are transparent and auditable. You control what capabilities are enabled and can disable any at any time.

06 /Security in practice

Security in Practice

For Pilot Customers

  • Direct access to our engineering team for security questions
  • Clear documentation of what is and is not accessed
  • Regular updates on verification status and security improvements
  • No obligation to continue if security requirements are not met

For Future Enterprise Customers

  • SOC 2 Type II readiness (in progress)
  • GDPR and CCPA compliance
  • Custom data processing agreements available

Ask Before You Connect

A security review before any integration is normal, not a red flag. We encourage you to interrogate our claims and test our responses. Transparency is how we earn the right to access your business data.

Questions? Reach out directly. You will speak with the person who built the system.
