Pricing built around how you actually use it
Delynt AI's cost depends on which capabilities you enable and how much data flows through your connected systems. A team running only RFQ automation pays differently from a team running the full suite — RFQ automation, spam detection, CRM integration AI and business intelligence — across a large pipeline.
Rather than publish tiers that fit no one exactly, we scope pricing on a call after understanding your setup, and most engagements start with a hands-on pilot on your real systems.
01 /How the pilot works
A hands-on pilot before any commitment
Most Delynt AI engagements start with a pilot on your real systems — tuned against your actual data, not a generic default. Here is what that includes on both sides.
What the pilot includes
- The AI layer connected to your real systems — mailbox, CRM, analytics — and tuned against your actual data. A machine shop's mailbox and an agency's mailbox do not look alike, and scoring thresholds calibrate against the traffic your business actually sees.
- The integration you need built next. If a specific connector or capability is on the roadmap, pilot customers get priority on when it ships.
- A direct line to the engineering team — including the founder — for setup, tuning and security questions.
- No charge during the pilot phase.
What we ask in return
- Honest feedback when the AI gets a call wrong, which it will occasionally do.
- Permission to reference the work later, if it goes well. Not a testimonial you have to write — a named logo and a couple of real numbers, agreed with you first.
- A little patience with the Google OAuth verification review, which occasionally requires a connection to be re-authorized while the review is in progress.
02 / Fit
Who this isn't for
We would rather flag a bad fit here than on a demo. If any of these describes your situation, Delynt AI is probably not the right tool today:
- Anyone whose quote requests arrive through a customer portal or by phone rather than email — the intake layer needs email to work with.
- Anyone whose sales volume is low and predictable enough that a handful of rules would do the job. Write the rules, keep your money.
- Anyone looking for point-solution AI that plugs into a specific existing workflow without any integration setup — Delynt AI is an application, not a plugin.

Twenty minutes on your systems, then a proposal that matches what you actually plan to use. If it isn't a fit, you'll hear that on the call rather than three weeks in.
