Pricing built around how you actually use it

Delynt AI's cost depends on which capabilities you enable and how much data flows through your connected systems. A team running only RFQ automation pays differently from a team running the full suite — RFQ automation, spam detection, CRM integration AI and business intelligence — across a large pipeline.

Rather than publish tiers that fit no one exactly, we scope pricing on a call after understanding your setup, and most engagements start with a hands-on pilot on your real systems.

01 /How the pilot works

A hands-on pilot before any commitment

Most Delynt AI engagements start with a pilot on your real systems — tuned against your actual data, not a generic default. Here is what that includes on both sides.

What the pilot includes

  • The AI layer connected to your real systems — mailbox, CRM, analytics — and tuned against your actual data. A machine shop's mailbox and an agency's mailbox do not look alike, and scoring thresholds calibrate against the traffic your business actually sees.
  • The integration you need built next. If a specific connector or capability is on the roadmap, pilot customers get priority on when it ships.
  • A direct line to the engineering team — including the founder — for setup, tuning and security questions.
  • No charge during the pilot phase.

What we ask in return

  • Honest feedback when the AI gets a call wrong, which it will occasionally do.
  • Permission to reference the work later, if it goes well. Not a testimonial you have to write — a named logo and a couple of real numbers, agreed with you first.
  • A little patience with the Google OAuth verification review, which occasionally requires a connection to be re-authorized while the review is in progress.

02 / Fit

Who this isn't for

We would rather flag a bad fit here than on a demo. If any of these describes your situation, Delynt AI is probably not the right tool today:

  • Anyone whose quote requests arrive through a customer portal or by phone rather than email — the intake layer needs email to work with.
  • Anyone whose sales volume is low and predictable enough that a handful of rules would do the job. Write the rules, keep your money.
  • Anyone looking for point-solution AI that plugs into a specific existing workflow without any integration setup — Delynt AI is an application, not a plugin.

03 /Questions

What people ask about pricing

01

Cost

How Delynt AI pricing works, and why it isn't a per-seat sticker.

How is Delynt AI priced?
Pricing scales with the capabilities you enable and the volume of data flowing through your connected systems. A team using only RFQ automation pays differently from a team using CRM integration AI and business intelligence dashboards across a large pipeline. We put together a proposal on the call after understanding your setup — no per-seat tiers that don't match what you actually use.
Can I get pricing without a call?
Not today. Delynt AI touches your mailbox, CRM and analytics, and the number depends on which of those you enable and at what volume. A 20-minute call gets you a real number rather than a placeholder that will need to be revised the moment we look at your setup.
Do you run pilots?
Yes. Most engagements begin with a hands-on pilot on your real systems before any commitment. That is the fastest way to know whether the fit is right — for both sides — and it is how we tune scoring thresholds against your actual data instead of a generic default.
Is the pilot really at no charge?
Yes. No card, no trial clock, no auto-conversion at the end of it. What we want from pilot customers is honest feedback and permission to reference the work later. Pricing gets scoped after the pilot, based on what you actually ended up using.

02

Getting started

What onboarding actually involves.

Do I need to migrate anything?
No. Delynt AI connects to the systems you already use — Gmail or Google Workspace, your existing CRM, your analytics — through OAuth or API keys you generate. No forwarding rules, no mailbox migration, no new system of record.
How long does setup take?
Connecting a system is an OAuth grant that takes a few minutes each. Scoring thresholds and reply drafts usually need a short tuning period once we can see what your real data looks like, which typically runs a week or two of light iteration.
What systems does Delynt AI connect to?
On the mailbox side, Gmail and Google Workspace, with Outlook and Microsoft 365 on the roadmap. On the CRM side, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics and custom CRMs via API. On the analytics side, standard web analytics and business intelligence sources.
What is the OAuth verification thing?
Google requires apps that request sensitive scopes to complete a verification review. Delynt AI's app is in that review process, which occasionally means a pilot connection needs to be re-authorized on Google's consent screen. It is an administrative step, not a data-access change. The security page covers this in full.

Get a real number for your setup

Twenty minutes on your systems, then a proposal that matches what you actually plan to use. If it isn't a fit, you'll hear that on the call rather than three weeks in.
