# Delynt AI > Delynt AI is a company delivering AI sales automation for businesses of every size, from SMEs to large corporations — AI agents and AI SaaS that connect to a business's mailbox, CRM and analytics, then detect opportunities, draft and send responses, and provide business intelligence through unified dashboards. Delynt AI's workflow is connect, detect, respond and analyze, and all of it is live: mailboxes (Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365) and CRMs connect over OAuth; a rule-based pre-screen and trust and spam scoring with written reasoning detect what matters; replies are drafted and sent under customer-defined approval rules; and analytics dashboards report on it. The solutions: **RFQ automation** (email triage AI that detects quote requests, drafts and sends auto reply for RFQs, and tracks response performance); **spam detection for sales** (trust and fraud scoring that catches the fraudulent purchase order a bulk-mail filter misses); **CRM integration AI** (an AI layer that reads and writes to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics and custom CRMs with approval on every write); **business intelligence for SMEs** (real-time, explainable dashboards for sales, marketing, operations and leadership); **sales-cycle acceleration** (instant lead triage, stalled-deal alerts, follow-ups reps approve, call prep and proposal drafts); and **AI outbound** (account research, first-touch drafting, follow-up sequences and reply routing). Note on the word "agent": in many B2B industries an *agent* is a human commission rep who carries a product line into a territory. That is not what Delynt AI is. Delynt AI's agents are software running against systems the customer connects and can disconnect; nobody at Delynt AI contacts a customer's buyers, negotiates on their behalf, or takes a percentage of what they sell. Delynt AI is also not a CRM: it integrates with the CRM you already run. Security is enforcement in code rather than promise in a policy: per-account isolation, OAuth-scoped grants through each provider's own consent screen, encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), no training on customer data, and writes and sends governed by approval rules the customer sets. The Google OAuth app is in Google's verification process, which may occasionally require a pilot connection to be re-authorized. Delynt AI is founded and built by Owais Ahmad Khan (MSc Data Science, University of Verona; around eight years in search and digital marketing), who writes the code. ## Solutions - [Solutions hub](https://delynt.com/solutions/): The complete list of AI sales automation solutions Delynt AI runs today. - [RFQ Automation](https://delynt.com/solutions/rfq-automation/): Complete RFQ workflow automation for SMEs and corporations — mailbox connection, spam detection, RFQ detection, priority scoring, CRM sync, reply drafting, auto reply for RFQs with approval, and an analytics dashboard tracking volume, response time, win rate and revenue.
